- Rooms & Apartments
We have three different types of dorms in Marhaban Bulding. Single Room which it include private toilet. Single Bed Room Apartment, which it include a bed room, living room and Kitchenette. Double Bed Rooms Apartment, which it include two bed rooms, living room and Kitchenette. There are two common rooms which you can spend your time in eating and watching TV with your colleagues
- Furnishing
All rooms and apartment are furnished with a good quality of furniture. There you will find beds with mattress, desks, drawers …..Etc.
- Maintenance
The university maintenance team is here to sort out any issues that may arise in either your room or the communal areas of the accommodation.
- Internet access
Wi-fi access is available in the residences. You can access internet in your room, communal area and study halls. A phone is kept in communal areas for emergency calls.
- Catering
There is a small supermarket located on the campus where you can buy basic necessities. All floors of residence have kitchenettes fitted with a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cupboards.
- Laundry
We are providing a washer machines with drier. You can wash your cloth and dry it easily at same time.
- TV, entertainment
There is a common room in each floor for watching TV, playing games, or relaxing.
- Security services
Security services will be responsible for providing a safe environment for the GUtech community 24 hours a day. They will maintain security monitoring services for the university and run a range of programs to educate the community on safety and security. CCTV is installed in all communal areas of the residences. Personal safety on campus is something we want residents to consider. We are encourages residents to act positively and responsibly to enhance their own safety. Fire alarms are provided in all residences. You must be aware of the regulations in case of fire or other emergencies.
