• For changes in accommodation after issuance of key, we charge an administration fee of OMR 10.00
  • If you need to cancel accommodation before the start of the semester, you will be refunded the accommodation (any amount paid towards the rent: either the 1st instalment or the total rent). The booking fee is not refundable.
  • If you need to cancel accommodation after the start of the semester, you will be refunded the balance of accommodation fee (any amount paid towards the rent less the rent for the period of your stay in accommodation. The booking fee is not refundable.
