• A booking fee is obligatory in order to book accommodation in OES owned residences.
  • The booking fee is NOT refundable if the tenant decides to cancel the booking before the start or the end of the booking period.
  • The booking period corresponds to the duration of the academic semester.
  • We hold the booking fee for the entire duration of the contract.
  • The booking fee can be refunded under these conditions:
    • The duration of the booking is completed.
    • No damages have been caused to the accommodation and its furniture.
