This is the online system (www.oes-properties.com) that manages all tenants’ transactions with regards to their use of OES housing, from the booking, payment, and check in/check out during the duration of the tenancy period.
OES Housing are rentable to GUtech students, but also to the general public upon availability.
GUtech students shall choose to rent out accommodation in OES managed and/or owned properties for one semester, one academic year, or for a shorter duration, but subject to availability. ِ Applicable rates differ depending on the tenancy period.
Non-GUtech students shall rent out accommodation in OES managed and/or owned properties for a minimum period of four consecutive months, between September and June, upon availability.
The tenancy period starts from the check in period chosen by the tenants at the time of the booking through the housing system.
For GUtech students only, the one semester or one full academic year tenancy period ends with the last day of semester/academic year as stipulated in the published GUtech academic calendar.
